Observed scoop for rice stored in rice container with handle in contact with product. Store utensils with handles out of contact with product. COS.

Observed accumulations of grease/oil build up on sides of cook line equipment and food particles on shelves and interior bottoms of reach in coolers. Clean surfaces at a frequency to prevent accumulations.
17A - toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, cleaned

Observed restroom hand sinks separating from wall and debris accumulations in gap. Clean, secure and reseal hand sinks to wall.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed accumulations of debris under equipment and along baseboards. Observed build up of grease/oil on wall/splash plate behind cook line. Observed accumulations of dust/flour/breading on ceilings around vents, ceiling vents and restroom vents. Clean surfaces at a frequency to prevent accumulations by 8/15/25.
