Note: All cold and hot holding temperatures are in compliance. Note: Ensure that sanitizer section of 3 compartment sink is sanitized and used for meat prep going forward and that the two compartment sink is used for vegetable prep and wash. Facility permitted without vegetable sink. Facility must comply with this or not sell vegetables without proof from supplier that they are prewashed. 12B: .03(5)(j)Observed two male employees in the kitchen working in food prep with a beard longer than 1/2 an inch. Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch (1/2"). (C) Corrective Actions: No contamination of food observed. Both Employees placed on beard guards and washed their hands prior to going back to food prep.
