If the freezer was to loose temperature and the food items unthawed and contaminates of raw food items are on ready to eat food they would have to be discarded. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Education was provided to the person in charge discussing the requirement of all stickers and labels be removed from any fruit before being washed. The stickers were removed and rewashed.
