Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections (1) and (2)of this Rule. (C) Corrective Actions: The walk in cooler is connected to the walk in freezer. The walk in freezer door was crack to allow the walk in cooler to cool down to 41 degrees. Also, the PIC called a maintenance worker who arrived to repair the walk in cooler so it can maintain a temperature of 41 degrees or below.
