Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections (1) and (2)of this Rule. (C) Corrective Actions: The person in charge will not use this cooler for TCS items until the cooler has been repaired. All TCS items will be stored in other coolers throughout the kitchen and only non-TCS items will be stored in this cooler.
