Observed food debris on the rim of clean metal food container located on rack above the 3-compartment sink. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Person in charge placed container in 3-compartment sink to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized.

Observed bulk-producing ice machine with yellowish residue buildup on the chute. n equipment such as ice bins and beverage dispensing nozzles and enclosed components of equipment such as ice makers, cooking oil storage tanks and distribution lines, beverage and syrup dispensing lines or tubes, coffee bean grinders, and water vending equipment:
(I) At a frequency specified by the manufacturer; or
(II) Absent manufacturer specifications, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. Person in charge began cleaning the ice machine.

Observed most recent inspection not posted. Observed inspection report from 01/29/2025 posted. The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. Person in charge posted new inspection report from today, 02/11/2026.

Observed employee personal drink stored in prep-top cooler unit. 1. Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, use tobacco products and electronic devices shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination.
- Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be located in a designated room or area where contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens and single-service and single-use articles cannot occur. Employee removed item from the prep/holding area.
