Observed white stains on the sofa in room 420 and black stains on the sofa in room 520. All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. Must correct within 30 days

Observed black stains on the pillowcase in room 420 and pink stains on the bedding in room 522. Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Must correct within 30 days

Observed micrawaves in rooms 514, 510, 411, 309, and 310 having food residue on the ceiling of the microwaves. All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. Must be corrected within thirty calendar days

Observed various stains on mattress pads and pillow cases located in rooms 514, 510, 411, and 403. Washable mattress pads or covers shall be used on all mattresses. Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Each bed shall be provided, as a minimum, with two sheets and one pillow and pillowcase. After each occupancy and upon the request of the occupant, sheets and pillowcases shall be changed with fresh laundered linens. During occupancy, linens shall be changed at a minimum frequency of not less than weekly. Must be corrected within thirty calendar days

Observed black/red resudue on ice chutes located on floors 1-5. The use of existing self-service ice-storage bins may be continued, provided that the machines are maintained in good repair and capable of being properly cleaned and sanitized according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Observed rooms 117, 210, and 413 with a bathroom sink water temperature reaching 127F. Observed rooms 118 and 209 with a bathroom sink water temperature reaching 132F. Observed room 316 with a bathroom sink water temperature reaching 129F. In all new tourist accommodations, and where possible in existing tourist accommodations, hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F
