Observed handwashing sink in prep area blocked by trash can. Observed towels stored in handwashing sink located in warewashing area.

Person in charge moved trash can from in front of handwashing sink. Person in charge removed towels from handwashing sink.
12B - personal cleanliness
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(5)(j) - hair restraints (c)
Observed two employees preparing food with hair longer than a one half inch not properly restrained. Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch. Person in charge had employees properly restrain hair.
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled

Observed several containers wet stacked on shelves across from prep area. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils shall be air-dried. Person in charge had am employee rearrange containers to properly air dry.
