Observed handwashing sink in the main kitchen lacking hot water. Observed hot water not dispensing; only cold water was dispensing at 57 degrees F. Person in charge stated the hot water faucet handle is stripped. A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 85ºF (29.4 ºC) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Facility must correct violation within 10 calendar days.
