Observed ambient time of the cold bar cooler measuring at 50F degrees. Three gallons of whole milk measured at 49F-51F degrees for more than 4 hours. 6 cartons of heavy whipping cream were measured at 46F-51F degrees for more than 4 hours. All aforementioned products discarded. Do not use cold holding unit until it has been fixed and can hold a minimum temperature of 41F degrees.

Observed two gallons of opened milk in two separate coolers with no date. Milk had been opened for more than 24 hours. Person in Charge was informed that food that is held for more than 24 hours should indicate the date and held at a temperature of 41°F or below for a maximum of 7 days after the original container is opened.

Observed missing floor tile by floor drain. CA: All floors must be in good repair and easy to clean.
