Observed bottles of expired dairy milk in the walk-in cooler since 08/11/2025. Ensure time/temperature control for safety foods are discarded after the expired date or the sell-by-date. COS: All concerned foods were discarded during the inspection.

Observed shelves in the walk-in cooler with food debris, and shelves appeared rusty. Ensure shelves are smooth and clean, free from food debris.

Observed griddle and fryer basket not free from food debris. ensure equipment is clean and sanitized often to prevent accumulation of food debris.

Observed the floor around the line equipment was not cleaned and free from grease and accumulation.

Tile floor in the walk-in freezer is broken; not in good repair. Celling tiles at the dry storage were not in good repair. All floors, walls, and ceilings shall be in good repair.
