Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - food contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency (p, c)
Observed ice machine (inside top around the opening) and ice bins (located at the drive-thru), and the ice chute in the dining area with black/pink stains, mold-like substances. Corrective action: Ensure all food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized frequently to prevent mold-like substances and accumulation. All concerned areas shall be cleaned by 10/28/2025
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled

Observed coffee filter not protected or covered at the storage area. COS PIC put them in a bag

Observed mop not hung to dry at the mop sink area.
