Observed food employees/ handles without hair restraint while handling food. All food employees are required to wear a hair restraint. Visor cap and hairnet are allowed.

Observed a wet cloth stored on the prep top table in the service area. Ensure all cloths are cleaned on the table food contact surface and are submerged in sanitizer with proper concentration.

Observed metal clear pans and bucket wet stacking. Ensure they are fully air-dried before stacking them

Observed a single service plate not inverted or covered, or protected from contamination at the sausage station, and a single service cup lip part not protected or cover in the dish washing area.
