Observed light come under the bottom and side of the doors in the kitchen, outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by:

(i) Filling or closing holes and other gaps along floors, walls, and ceilings;

(ii) Closed, tight-fitting windows; and

(iii) Solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors. The manager will fix the outer opening by 1/30/26

Observed wood around the door not properly sealed or painted, all wood surface in the kitchen need to be painted or sealed properly to be non-arborescent . The owner will paint the wood by 2/6/26

Observed the dirt and debris on the seals and bottom of the reach in cooler, The food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans shall be kept free of encrusted grease deposits and other soil accumulations. The owner will clean the bottom of the reach in by 1/20/26

Observed employee cooking without a hair restraint with hair longer than 1/2 inch in length, Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch. The manager will get a hair restraint by 3/20/24

Observed grease buildup on the floor under the fryer in the kitchen area, all walls, floor and ceiling need to be frequently or to the sight and touch must be cleaned or as needed to prevent buildup of excess grease and dirt on the floor in the kitchen under the fryer, The owner will clean the floor under the fryer by 10/15/23
