Observed old draperies and bedspreads in the rooms 144,148,166,27,264 furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. The manager will replace draperies and spreads by7/1/26

Observed faucet leaking in the bathtub in room 166, toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Walls, floors, and ceilings shall be constructed. Maintenance will repair the faucet by 6/30/26

Observed anti-slip missing in rooms 270, 256, Anti-slip tubs slip strips, appliqués, or slip-proof mats shall be provided in each bathing facility and shall be kept clean and in good repair. The room will be adding anti-slip to the tubs corrected by 11/30/25

OBserved live roaches in room 261 crawling on the floor, the room should be free of pest activity (roaches) need to call exterminator. The manager will have the pest control to come and spray the rooms by 6/10/25
