Observed can of roach spray that is labelled for residential home use only. Rule: Poisonous or toxic materials shall be used according to manufacturer's use directions included in labeling, and, for a pesticide, manufacturer's label instructions that state that use is allowed in a food service establishment.

Observed various employee personal medicines, lotion etc. on shelf above prep sink and on prep tables. Rule: Medicines that are in a food service establishment for the employee’s use shall be labeled with a legible manufacturer’s label and located to prevent the contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles.
10D - food properly labeled; original container
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(7)(c) - food labels (pf, c)
Observed various prepared foods in reach in cooler without labels, including meat and a mushroom stuffing. Rule: Food shall be labelled with the common name or description, unless 100% unmistakable (ex: ketchup in red bottle).

Regulation: 511-6-1.07(4)(b) - designated areas for employee activity, located to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, & single service articles (c)
Observed various employee items, including drinks and children's items, stored in prep area and reach in cooler. Rule: Employee items shall be stored and used in designated areas away from food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles.
