Observed the pool to be open for guests and operating with 0 ppm chlorine residual in the water. CA: AGM immediately notified and pool closed voluntarily

Observed a broken drawer pull on the built-in dresser of room 323. Observed debris in the rear of the mini fridge of room 325. Observed hairs in the bathroom sink and on the vanity of room 332 as well as a sticky substance dried on the coffee bar that adhered the ice bucket lid to the counter surface. Observed hairs and staining on the towels and physical and food debris on the microwave shelf of room 230. Observed a sticky substance on the face and drawer pulls of the built-in dresser of room 227. All of these surfaces must be kept clean to prevent debris accumulation and in good repair

Observed physical and food debris under beds in all rooms inspected. Observed food and physical debris under the pull-out beds in rooms 325 and 227. The area along the kickboards of the beds and in the gap between the kickboard and the headboard of the beds should be cleaned after each guest to ensure that the areas kept clean and free of debris
