Observed the water within the pool to be cloudy. Main drains were not clearly visible. Only shadowed shapes could be made out.

Observed the facility to have an approved in-line erosion feeder, but not to use it. Instead, chlorine tablets are placed into the skimmer baskets for disinfection. Facility must use in-line erosion feeder for chlorination.
