Observed excessive mold-like debris on the soda machine nozzles. Observed food debris on ready to use multi-use dishware. All food contact surfaces must be sanitized as often as needed to prevent debris accumulation. COS all dishware rewashed and sanitized. Soda nozzles removed and sanitized.
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition

Observed one milk with manufacturer expiration date of 4/22/2025. Observed two containers of lettuce, one container of shaved steak, multiple bottles of sauce in the front deli line, and two bins with 20+ sauce bottles all with labels showing past use by dates.
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled

Observed wet stacks of metal containers. All dishware must be air dried completely before stacking.
