Observed raw hamburger meat stored over other TCS foods in walk in cooler. COS There is no apparent contamination of TCS foods (were covered by a plate tray); however, adjacent condiments were discarded by GM.

Observed TCS foods stored in large flat cooler out of temp. Appears that plug was tripped. All TCS foods discarded by manager. Check temps before reusing and have a plug cover to prevent this from happening.

Observed tomato slicer soiled with old food debris. Observed heat lamp tongs stored after hours with greasy food debris. Observed food thermometers being stored tip end into holes in wall. Observed additional food thermometers stored with old food debris. All COS, manager washed, rinsed, and sanitized.
