Observed the reach in cooler in the grill prep room not holding temps at 41f or below. Average temp was 46f. Temp log showed repeated temps 42f+ above for over a month. No corrected action appeared to have been done. COS Food discarded by FSM/CFSM Terrance Thomas. RIC taken out of service.
