observed employee drink not in a single service container with a lid and straw on the counter in the main kitchen. Employee drinks shall be in a single service container with a lid and straw stored in designated area to prevent contamination. COS, PIC discarded employee drinks stored improperly.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Several areas on the kitchen floor that need repair. Ceiling in kitchen area needs deep cleaning. CTM, email austin.haney@dph.ga.gov when work has been complete.
