-Observed employee drink stored on biscuit prep table in biscuit prep area of the kitchen near biscuit flour. -Observed employee drink (Cup w/ ice coffee) without lid stored on counter of drive thru area of facility near tea urns. -Observed employee coffee drink without lid stored on rear dry storage rack near 3 compartment sink directly next to stored fryer baskets. -Observed employee glass 7 up bottle with straw stored on shelf under Bo rounds warmer next to sanitizer in the drive thru area of the facility. Employee drinks were noted previous inspection. *COS, Employee drinks were discarded by PIC and employees upon request.

-Observed 2 cases of medium cheddar cheese slices with expired date marking of 10/13/25 stored in the walk in cooler (cheeses, coleslaw, green beans, etc.) of the facility. Expired cheese was noted previous inspection. *COS, Cheeses were discarded by PIC upon request.

-Observed facility had previous (not current) inspection reports posted in drive thru area and lobby area of the facility. In dining area of facility the inspection report for 1/27/25 was posted. *Ensure current inspection reports are posted for public viewing in the drive thru and dining area of the facility.
