Wing Stop

-Observed both multi soda dispensing nozzles on the soda dispensing machine in the dining area of the facility with build up and accumulations of slimy debris. Multi nozzles were noted on previous inspections. CA: All food contact surfaces must be washed, rinse and sanitized. COS, Soda dispensing nozzles were cleaned upon request.

-Observed 3 Quat sanitizers in the cook/ prep area of the kitchen with chemical concentrations less than 150ppm. *COS, Sanitizers were refreshed by PIC and were within proper range of 150ppm-400ppm per manufacturers recommendations.

-Observed 2 quat sanitizer stored at the bottom prep shelves on both ends of the fryers with concentrations that were not at proper minimum concentrations upon testing. -COS, PIC discarded new sanitizer solution and obtained new sanitizer from dispenser in proper concentration range around 200ppm-400ppm.
