Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
-Observed scoop handle in container of oregano. -CA-All scoop handles shall be properly stored out of the food product -COS- Manager removed the scoop and stored in to the side of the container. Manager trained employee on proper scoop handle storage.
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(b) - cutting surfaces (c)
-Observed multiple cutting boards with cut marks that are not easily cleanable. -CA- Facility shall replace cutting boards frequently. -CTM- Facility has 10 calender days to replace cutting boards.
