Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(l) - removing dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, and other pest (c)
-Observed a large amount of rodent droppings inside the cabinet containing the front hand wash sink in the front service area of the kitchen. *CA: Facility must ensure all pest activity is rectified and removed. *COS, Cabinet was cleaned by employee upon request; Per PIC area had been sealed and has not had issues since.

Regulation: 511-6-1.07(4)(b) - designated areas for employee activity, located to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, & single service articles (c)
-Observed employee food items (Tupperware & Cut water margarita) stored on shelf above black olives in the walk in cooler. -Observed multiple employee Tupperware and food storage thermos stored on shelf with olives and pickles in the walk in cooler of the facility. -Observed employee Aquafina water bottle stored on rear prep counter of the rear kitchen area near the swing door. CA: All employee items must be stored in designated areas to prevent contamination. *COS, Employee items were stored to prevent contamination; Ensure employee items are stored in designated areas.
