Drain cover unsecured due to screw missing and has been pulled away from drain causing entrapment hazard. Pool shall be closed and drain shall be fixed and secured before pool is reopened to the public. Inform health department when drain cover is fixed to complete an inspection on pool to reopen pool.

The pump was and other pool equipment necessary for operation for the pool was turned off during inspection. Facility shall contact pool company to fix the equipment for necessary operation.
