Observed that the garbage cans used by this establishment did not have drain plugs installed. CA: PIC will need to order and install drain plugs as soon as possible. I will check back in with him to schedule a follow up once new drain plugs are ordered. PIC stated that his supplier is waiting on a restock and new plugs will be ordered as soon as possible.

There were not any employees working that have a CFSM certification. Owner is currently taking his serv safe manager course. I have given him 2 weeks to finish taking his course.

PIC did not have a written procedure in place for vomital and diarrheal events. I have provided a copy of the vomit clean up procedure.
