Regulation: 511-6-1.07(6)(c) - storage, separation (p)
Observed spray bottle with clear liquid stored next to bottled water. COS: PIC moved the bottle to its designated shelf. CA: toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food or equipment.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed scoop handle down inside of the bulk sugar and rice. COS: Owner removed scoops from the bulk items and placed them at the 3 compartment sink to be washed. CA: If scoops are to be stored in bulk items the scoop must have a handle and the handle must remain above food item at all times.
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1,2,4 - equipment, utensil, linens, stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c)
Observed single service trays being stored on the floor in the back of the establishment. COS: PIC rearranged items so that they were no longer on the floor. CA: Single-service articles shall be stored at least 6inches above the floor.
