PIC informed inspector that there is no sanitizer in the store and their last truck was received yesterday (02/24/2025). Informed PIC that the store would not be able to remain open without sanitizer to clean equipment, food contact surfaces and utensils. PIC contacted District Manager (Shannon) via phone call, to inform of the discussion. COS: District Manager stopped by store and had an employee come get sanitizer. Inquired if the DM would like to speak with the inspector regarding the inspection per PIC DM states that she is not scheduled for this store.
