Regulation: 511-6-1.02(1)(d) - displaying of the inspection report (c)
Observed the inspection report not displayed at the drive thru window. CA: Food service establishments with drive-thru windows will post the current inspection report, and also have the inspection report posted so that a minimum of the top one-third of a copy of the current inspection report is visible through each window allowing customers to easily read the score, date of inspection and establishment information. PIC will display the report at the drive thru window.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(a) - floor, walls, & ceilings, cleanability (c)
Observed the floor under the ice cream machine not free from food debris. CA: Except as specified under subsection (2)(d) of this Rule and except for antislip floor coverings or applications that may be used for safety reasons, floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. PIC will have the floor cleaned.

Observed the urinal in the men's restroom not in good repair. CA: All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. PIC will have the urinal repaired.
