6-1A - proper cold holding temperatures
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(f) - time/temperature control for safety; cold holding (p)
Food in reach in cooler was cold holding above 41 deg F. Food being held cold shall be maintained at 41 or below. CA out of temp food was put in freezer to cool to 41. Will return in 72hr to check cold holding.
