In the reach in cooler that is located by the cash register there was steak stored uncovered, butter stored uncovered. In the chest freezer in the back room there was a pan of shrimp that was stored partially uncovered. In chest freezer outside there was a box of crab legs that is stored partially uncovered. CA: Unless cooling, all food shall be stored covered to prevent overhead contamination. COS: Covered during inspection.
