Freezer door was opened during inspection to allow the cooler to drop in temperature. Cooler by the ice machine has a leak, and has a do not use sign on it, and will not be used until it is fixed. All food was taken out of it during inspection. Before inspection was over all food in walk in cooler had cooled down to 43-41 and the ambient temperature was at 41 deg f.
