1 - adequate, approved, permitted, protected potable water supply; no cross connection or back siphonage

Need Back Flow Preventor nozzle on all outside faucets discussed with new owner took over. Add them to faucets
34 - grounds, walkways, porches and hallways maintained; drives provide unobstructed width and proper spacing; graded to drain; trailer spaces marked clearly, areas clean and maintained in good repair
Regulation: 511-6-2-.18(2) - grounds free of litter
Cigarette butts throughout the walkways, and needs to be swept, and kept clean of food debris and trash, all of which was observed
22 - approved leak proof containers covered, in proper location, clean, and maintained; collection adequate
Regulation: 511-6-2-.12(3) - garbage and refuse container cleaning
Dumpster needs to be on concrete pad not sitting in grass. Shall be placed on smooth and easily cleanable surface
25 - floors, walls, ceilings, windows, doors clean, and in good repair; appropriate for location and operation
Regulation: 511-6-2-.14(1) - floors, walls, and ceilings
Floors in lobby cracking and in disrepair need to be fixed and secured in place
