Observed exposed (Accessible) septic tanks with prohibited discharge to the ground surface as well as exposed sewer lines behind units 6-9. CA: Properly repair and cover septic tanks/sewer lines
Observed no documentation of annual gas fired equipment on file. PIC stated having equipment done but had no documentation of when or who did the inspections. CA: Have all gas fired/heating equipment annually inspected by a certified inspector and have the inspection documented to keep on file. POC:PIC intends on getting local municipality to inspect facilities gas fired/heating equipment

Observed garbage container (Trash bin) as well as roll-around containers not to be covered and the drain plug was missing on the trash bin. CA: Install drain plug in trash bin and keep exterior trash receptacles covered at all times. If necessary, install means of keeping trash bin covers in place during times of high winds. (Bungee cords or heavy weights)
