Person in charge describes one bucket for table sanitization in customer dining area. PIC informed to use two buckets or spray bottle and paper towels for table sanitization.

Observed employee working in food contact area with a watch on. Informed PIC that no more than a plain wedding band may be worn.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed accumulations of debris under shelving and equipment through out facility. Clean a a frequency to prevent accumulation.
