Observed multiple items in reach-in cooler cooling in dense, covered containers. Person in Charge (PIC) instructed to ensure all time/temperature control for safety foods are cooed using approved methods, in shallow uncovered containers. Items uncovered and cooling properly. COS.

Observed utensils on crepe prep table stored in room temperature water while in use. REPEAT.
