Observed an opened gallon of milk in the reach-in unit behind the ice cream line with a use by date of 1/28. Prepackaged sandwiches, eggs, infant formula, shucked oysters, milk, and time/temperature control safety foods that are labeled as “keep refrigerated” and that are for sale or service to the consumer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served, or used after the manufacturer’s expiration date or the sell-by date. Person in charge (PIC) discarded the milk.

Observed a chemical spray bottle without a label of the contents inside. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. Place a label on the chemical spray bottle.

Observed several clean containers stacked while still wet on the storage rack. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils Shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food. Coach employees to allow the containers to air-dry before being stored.

Observed a hand dryer in the restroom. However, there is a knob to exit the restroom. In toilet facilities that have exit doors with handles or knobs that must be touched to open, sanitary towels must be provided. The hand dryer can be a backup, but paper towels are required. Install a paper towel dispenser with paper towels immediately.

Observed the soap dispenser has been removed at the hand sink in the front counter area. Place hand soap at the front hand washing sink. Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap.

Observed the paper towel dispenser has been removed from the front hand washing sink. Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with: Individual, disposable towels Employee placed paper towels at hand sink.

Observed a hand air dryer in the restroom, however the door must pulled open to exit. Paper towels must be readily available due to cross contamination door handle with washed hands. Install paper towel dispenser in restroom.

Observed an incense burning on food prep table in the proximity of food items. Food shall be protected from contamination that may result from a factor or source not specified under paragraphs (a) through (y) of this subsection. Employee removed the incense.
