Have all gas-fired equipment inspected by a local fire authority or licensed contractor

Observed debris behind tv stand in rooms 120 and 213. Also, observed debris under the bed in rooms 220 and 227. Observed also under pull-out couch in room 128. 511-6-2-.14(1) - Floors, Walls, and Ceilings Floors, walls, ceilings. windows, doors and all other appurtenances shall be of sound construction, properly maintained in good repair and shall be kept clean. Clean behind tv stand, under bed, and under pull-out couch as often as necessary

Observed a pink like slime on the the second floor ice machine. 511-6-2-.07(8) - Ice Supply In existing tourist accommodations permitted prior to the adoption of this rule, the use of existing self-service ice-storage bins may be continued, provided that the machines are maintained in good repair and capable of being properly cleaned and sanitized according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
