Observed food container hanging on the side wall inside the front hand washing sink. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Person in charge relocated the container.

Observed no paper towels at the community hand washing sink. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Refill paper towel dispenser.

Observed both of the paper towel dispensers near the back door inoperable. Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with: A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel. Have the paper towel dispensers serviced.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(a) - equipment & utensils, air-drying required (c)
Observed several clean food-grade containers being wet stacked above the dish pit. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils: Shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food. Please coach employees to allow clean containers to be air dried before being stacked for storage. Person in charge removed the wet containers.
