Observed ice inside the handsink in the main kitchen. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. The handsink can only be used for handwashing only.

Regulation: 511-6-1.06(5)(n) - covering receptacles (c)
Observed the grease receptacle lid open. Receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be kept covered: With tight-fitting lids or doors if kept outside the food service establishment. COS: PIC closed the lid.
