PIC was advised to chisel the ice build up and to have the walk in freezer fan repaired due to a frozen leak causing the build up. Observed a major water leak potentially coming from the air conditioning unit towards the back of the restaurant near the back door and office area, causing acoustic ceiling tiles to absorb all the water and fall onto the floor. PIC stated that a call has been placed to have maintenance come and repair the leak and has closed the facility until all repairs have been completed. All leaks were observed outside of the kitchen.
