Observed 3 tables with chairs on the outside of the facility and 4 chairs on the inside at the bar area/dining room. The facility does not have a restroom for customers just for employees only which is located in the back of the facility.

If facility wants to offer dine in services then a restroom will need to be added for the customers. Chairs are allowed for waiting periods, but not for dining. If you keep the chairs for waiting periods then a sign must be displayed on each bar that states "No dining in, waiting only" or something similar.

The tables must be removed immediately on the outside and the signs must be placed at both bars if the chairs will stay in the facility. A follow up will be conducted on 8/21/25 to ensure that dine in is not being provided to guest.
