Observed the building next door being used to store new ac units and equipment has severe mold build up. PIC was coached last inspection and advised to remove all equipment. The equipment was still present during today's routine inspection. As a result, the location must have the roof leaks repaired mold remediated, ceiling tile changed, and walls painted by 8/15/25. A service work order must be emailed to robert.lewis1@dph.ga.gov. If we do not receive a completed work order by 8/25/25, the hotel permit will be temporarily suspended, and the location will be required to cease operation until the mold is abated
