Regulation: 511-6-1.02(1)(d) - displaying of the inspection report (c)
Observed previous inspection report not posted in the drive thru. Observed inspection report in the dining area only displaying the top portion of the report. Manager was advised that the full first page of the inspection report with the grade must be posted in the dining room and the drive thru report can be the full page or just the top portion showing the grade, location, date, and address.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed front counter cabinet door in disrepair. manager advised that the store will be going through a remodel which will include repairing the cabinet door. Manager was unable to give a specific date of when remodel will take place. Please contact the health department on what all will be included in the remodel. Observed debris underneath the single use and chemical shelves.
