Observed mold like substance on interior surface of ice machine chute and on the deflector in the main kitchen.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean

Observed walk in cooler shelves with rust accumulation. Manager advised that new shelves were being purchased. Manager was advised to send a photo of the order as well as the new shelves once they've arrived to the establishment.

Observed dust accumulation on the ceiling tiles above the food prep line. Observed food debris on the floor by the food prep line.
