No access to paper towels at most hand sinks in the facility. Must keep paper towels for hand drying at hand sinks at all times while operating at the facility. COS Fixed paper towel holders so they dispensed at some sinks and added paper towels to other sinks.

Doors to kitchen must be self closing and tight fitting to prevent pest from entering kitchen area. This is especially important due to open bar area. Door to facility are not tight fitting. Seal doors and windows to the facility and to kitchen from open bar area. Keep all doors closed unless screen doors are installed.

Chipped wood shelves at bar area. Must be smooth and easily cleanable and nonabsorbent. Some shelves in kitchen are rusted. replace/refinish to be smooth and easily cleanable.

Sides of coolers, inside coolers and freezers, gaskets on equipment and side of hood vent have accumulations of debris and grime. Clean often enough to prevent accumulation.

Floors, walls, and ceiling in new bar area are not smooth, easily cleanable and nonabsorbent. Replace/repair with approved materials. list provided and discussed.

No coving in bar area. No coving in smaller drink station area.

Some damaged floor tiles, coving, and ceiling in prep area. Air vents are dirty. Repair when needed to keep where you can easily clean. Clean air vents when needed to prevent accumulation.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(3)(d) - ventilation hood system, adequacy, adequate to prevent grease & condensation build-up (c)
Accumulation of grease on walls and ceilings near hood vent. Hood vent must prevent the accumulation of grease. Discussed with manager, fryers had been moved out from vent. Equipment has since been moved back under unit and is in process of deep cleaning the space.
