6-1A - proper cold holding temperatures
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(f) - time/temperature control for safety; cold holding (p)
Prep top cooler had food at 46-48 F. Even items that had been in unit. Top area had less pans and not sure if unit was working corectly. Manager discarded food, filled in spaced and will check unit to see if working proeprly before replacing the food.
