Observed sliced tomatoes held in the front prep-top unit holding at a temperature greater than 41 degrees F. All TCS food items shall be maintained in cold holding at a temperature of 41F or below when not being prepped or actively used in cooking processes. COS: PIC removed food item.

Observed blackish residue on nozzles of Soda machine in front food service and soda machine in rear of store. Food contact equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency as specified by manufacturer or at a frequency that precludes the build up of dirt, debris, or residues. COS: PIC had employees remove and sanitize nozzles of machines.
